called me twice and left voice mails - same as the others - seems IRS filed suit a***nst me - as if ... **** up and put them on the block list... it's not the first time they tried this with me but first time from this number.

Caller claims to be IRS collecting a debt. SCAM.

They called from 443 293 2267 and said they were from IRS and I owe them thousands of dollars taxes from previous. Demanded a check, was very rude, later the same person called but his number appeared as "Emergency 911". I called the attorney general office and they told me this is scam and don't answer. But this person called me several times, and when I picked up the phone he s****ed yelling for not answering.

This is a 100% scam and should be prosecuted. The phone call was a recorded message identifying the caller as with the IRS. The message stated that I was being sued for failure to pay taxes. I should have been su****ious since no name was mentioned or any identifying case number. I was panicked and called back the number. I was asked my name and gave my phone number only. I was then disconnected. I called back using the caller ID. Same number different person. I was put on hold and then disconnected. There is no connection to the IRS. This is fraud and these people should be in jail.

There was a message on voicemail saying IRS filing lawsuit and to call immediately

This is a Scam...Don't answer and if you do, don't provide your personal info!

They just called and left a message that the IRS was going to file a law suit and I need to call them back.

Income tax threat/scam. Calls almost daily. Never answer. Voice mail left every time.
