I got a birthday card that plays " the Chicken dance" Every time they call I play it for them. See how fast they **** up!!

They are calling me like crazy. But I read somewhere in the Fair Credit Reporting Act that they are NOT allowed to call you at work. It is a violation of your rights. Since my phone (cell) is my work number I just told them that I am at work and they can not call me at work, or I will sue them for more than the car is worth. This stopped the phonecalls. If you work from home you can probably use this excuse.

I am not even 5 days late and already 6 phone calls between 10:30am & 4pm today; and all from different numbers. They need to focus on the people that are 60-90 days past due.

It really don't make no sense how they call back to back within minutes. The crazy thing about they will get the payment because I don't no about the rest I need my car! But to call from random numbers that's just sick. Capitol one need to get it together but that's what happens when your credit is f***ed up they are the last resort so maybe that's why they call so much to make sure they get the payment.

I agree with over aggressive.  They s**** calling once you are a few days late and call multiple times a day until the payments made. Over 30-60-90 days late I understand, but a week and when account history shows you have paid late consistently on the same day each month?  This is what happens when computers and India takes over verses human common sense!  When I did answer it was an automated message telling me to call them because they had a very important message for me (shaking head)

Same problem, I am late by less than 2 weeks and they are overly aggressive for payment!

I am behind one payment and Capital One has called me from all over the US with different number. Hey I am pretty sure there are other customers just like me that have fallen behind a few weeks. Can they just stop the harrasing phone calls already!!!!!!!!
