Justin called and said they're in process to send to me court from an 2015 EZ Pay Day Loan from 2015. They used my maiden name, old address from 7 years ago, provided employment I never worked and bank information I never had. SCAMMMMM! Told me send all my personal information to email: [email protected], nothing in the subject line, no case number provided, reference, etc. Heck no, I will not.

Voicemail was for my husband on my cell phone. Didn’t say who they were but threatening that someone filed a complaint a***nst him and they will either show up at his home or place of employment. Then she said “you have officially been notified”

They've called me at least 4 times in the last week leaving a message asking for me under my maiden name (I've been married for 8 years) and to verify my information so that they can serve paperwork, otherwise I forfeit all my rights and they will contact my place of employment. They leave the same case number.

Tried to call me, but I didn't answer, didn't recognize the number.

They called and tried to say my ssn was flagged for fraud watch out they are scammers!

Fraud using my social security number
