I have no idea why the call when you answer hold music turns on and by then I **** up. If caller cannot be on phone when I answer I **** up.

Lady asked for my legal name, introduced herself (couldn't hear her name) and said she was part of Umpqua Health Alliance. Asked how I was doing, I said "good", and she said "OK" then ***g up.

I ***g up as soon as I heard some strange voice saying he represented some law firm...JG or some such

Came up as NOT IN SERVICE.
