He said he need a real real estate agent. I’ve never met him before and I don’t know how he got my contact. Then he proceeded to call me 5 times when I didn’t answer and also called my WhatsApp. Then texted me and asked who I was being so rude when I’d never spoken to him and this all happened in a matter of 10 minutes.

Realtor in Maryland here. I recently had a similar experience with a “buyer.” From the very first call, something felt off — he didn’t know the location of the city he was supposedly asking about, and the conversation just didn’t feel genuine. When I politely suggested he find another agent who might be a better fit, he suddenly became extremely rude and inappropriate. I blocked him on my cell, but he immediately tried calling through WhatsApp and even contacted me through my office email to try to reconnect. Definitely a reminder to trust your instincts and set firm boundaries.

I am a REALTOR in NC, they called searching for help. Then as I was on the phone i searched their number on google to find many reports of fraud and scam they are trying to do . I hung up then proceeded to text me and ask me to make out with my husband on the phone and they would send $. Vibe was off .
