got a call from this number ~12pm today. couldn't understand the lady, so I asked what the call was in reference to and the caller ***g up. Called the # back and got the call can not go through as dialed message.

Me too, John. Just now. I gave them two words, ***g up, and then redialed it: error message.

they told me they would send me a free diamond watch and receive 5 free magazines including US Weekly  but they would charge me 4.99 for US Weekly, and then began to pressure me for my credit card #, I asked if they could just bill me later, they said no. They began to tell me how they have been linked with the credit card companies for 23 years and have a reputable relationship with them so I had nothing to worry about... I told them to call me at a later time & i would have this info for them, but I will NOT be answering next time

Scam! Scam!  Just got a call from 443-***-1914 from Hampstead, Maryland.  Googled the number, no hits at all.  100% likely related to a phishing scam that was broken last week (around Feb. 12).  Scam Scam.  Likely related to 888-388-2164 or 877-889-2280, which s****ed calling also as a result of the phishing scam.
