I got this same type of call only at midnight........ woke us up and scared us half to *****..  told me I'd won a cruise and when I ***g up they had the nerve to call me back.. Had to take the phone off the hook ....... finely had my number c****ed.. they kept harrassing. all hours of the night..

This call came in on our caller ID after 10pm.  All that it says is "Maryland".  I have no idea who they are.  I don't know anyone in Maryland.

Someone calling herself Amy told me I'd entered a contest (which I haven't) and won a cruise but I had to call her back today at 877-842-0347 or the prize would be released to someone else.  I called the number but only got a message ma****e

I got a call from this number, and it was a recorded voice telling me that I had won a cruise.  I promptly ***g up.  Two days later, I got a text message from www.GiftsNow101.com.  To get these text messages, you have to enroll.  I have never enrolled, so I'm thinking that by answering the previously mentioned phone call, they enrolled me.  Does anyone know about this?  Is this even legal?  I'm worried about replying to the message to unsubscribe, as this company is obviously working in the shadows.
