I think that all of us who do not owe or have an account with NCO should file a class action lawsuite on the base of harrassment!. I remember many many years ago Capital one got my number (it was before the caller id lol) I would answer and would be yelled at and threatened many times a day till they had done this over and over all day any day. I say we all form and go after this company in a legal way and cook their goose! I don't owe you any money NCO or have any conection to Capital One! bug off and leave me and others alone. calling from overseas is a joke you think you can get away  with harrassment and threats if you set your outsorced people up outside the states? chickens! I for one as I have said before Capital One is a bunch of ruthless scammers and liers and you never want to have a credit card with them! or any red umbrella companey. This is just one of their crooked collections agency that works with them and other shady companies. lets stand up and not be harrassed. me myself I never answer or use the phone they call so I can care less they can call. in my own opinion I do not trust this company or anyone with the red umbrella in that finacial group. bunch of old selfish rich old men who want more money power and *****. form a group lets sue!

This number keeps calling about 15x's a day all day. They dont say anything just ****s up on me.

They keep calling and asking for someone who doesn't even live here! I have told them repeatedly they have the wrong number and to take our phone number off their call list. They keep implying that they will do so but then after a couple of days they call back. Just sick of it!

This company keeps calling me looking for someone named Samira. I keep telling them they have the wrong number, but they still call me. They usually s**** at like 8am and call me every hour until noon. I can't stand it anymore. If they call one more time today I'm going to report the phone number to the police department for harassing telephone calls. It is illegal!

This nubmer has been calling for two weeks now 5-8 times a day.  They never leave a message.  They are seeking someone that doesn't live here, but will not stop calling

They keep calling me, too.  I can hardly understand a word that they say.  Last time they called me, I told them that if they can't speak English correctly, then they need to quit calling Americans.

I have been harrassed for months by this company even after I explain I am not the person they want and don't know this person. They want someone with my last name.

They are a Friancial Services Co calling looking for YOU or someone to collect a debt! They can keep calling, but they aint gona get an answer!

Caller ID says NCO FIN SVCS - 18 calls in last 11 days (it's only 9:15 am - probably get a couple more today).  I've answered 5 or more, and they're always looking for someone I've never heard of (hard to understand accent), and it's not the same person each time.  When I've told the caller I don't know anyone with that name, she asks for a couple of other names (even after I've said [my name] is the only person living here).

I have'nt answered any of these calls my fax picks up and they **** up.I am on the The National DO NOT CALL Registry...

The caller left a message, the full length of my ma****es capacity for the call, with music and intermittent messages thanking me for my call.

Call several times daily and **** up upon answer. No idea what they want. I'd like them to stop calling me.

NCO Financial called 4 times today and left no message. How many times is considered unreasonable?

I have recieved constant calls from this number.  They are seeking someone that I don't know.  I told the caller that we don't have anybody by that name living here, she ****ed up.  I called back to tell them not to call a***n and guest what they called a***n and a***n.  Could not get rid of them.Thank you

THIS PHONE NUMBER CALLS ME EVERY SINGLE DAY. I KNOW THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AT THIS NUMBER. HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES, ASKING THAT THEY STOP CALLING ME. IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THEY STILL CALL. IM READY TO RIP OUT MY PHONE.

In 4 days I had 50 calls and 35 of these calls were from this number. Yes we have told them to leave us alone.

LAST CALL AT 7:38 PM ON 1/19/2009. CALLER IS LOOKING FOR AN ERIC JANIS OR LAURA JANIS. THIS IS THE FOURTH OR FIFTH CALL IN PAST 30 DAYS, AND YES, SOME HAVE BEEN AS EARLY AS 8:00 AM. CALLER WAS TOLD TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR CALL LIST.

they call right after 8am and they have they wrong number and have been told repeatedly they have the wrong number

Only complaint thus far is that they do not leave a message and are quick to call just after 8am!

I have received constant phone calls at all hours from NCO financial services.They are seeking someone by the name Monica.I have filed complaints and have told them to stop calling.The calls keep coming.Please help.ThanksDave Aubin

It is NCO Financial Services, a debt-collection agency.  They also go by the number 1-800-260-5570 -- and many others...
