They ask for donations to the police department for a kidnapped kids program. They were willing to take as little of a donation as $10. They asked me for a credit card#. I told them not by phone because I'm not familiar with them; to send me information via mail. Ask for their website and they ***g up.

Calls 3 to 4 times a day without leaving a message. Calls late evening after 8:00pm. Annoying and frustrating. I refuse to answer.

I have received 12 calls from this number over a period of 3 days. I can't believe this has been going on and has not been reported to a government agency. I plan to submit a complaint to the Maryland Attorney Generals Office, They are pretty good at solving your problems.
