Individual reached out to me for a fence job and did not answer any of my calls, the phone number I looked up had four searches in a 30 day period, and when I tried to reach out to them they refused to answer the phone only wanting to do business via text at 2:30 in the morning and the next night at one in the morning. This number needs to be checked and shut down because they are scamming people out of their money and out of their business and out of their time and labor
