My kids get these calls on their phone and we get charged every time for it. It bothers me that I know have to pay for telemarketers and how often do preteens have car warranties that have already expired?

Calls my cell phone about once a week.  Message service gets only the last part of the recorded message, which purports to related to an expiring warranty.  I****ume it is a scam.
