It is Verizon Wireless. When you call it back, it tells you that you have a private voice mail, and asks for your billing zip code to connect you. Then they come on and tell you that you have a past due amount and threaten to cancel your service. In my case, we had paid our bill several days ago, they still called 3x today, s****ing at 744am, and they showed no record of our payment that we have a receipt for. They are some sort of Verizon subcontractor without current info.

Call often but never leaves a message.

I am not sure, but received 2 calls today from this number and no voicemail.  ????
