I am sharing my experience regarding a worker associated with a company operating under names including Duct Hero, Duct Heroes, Eco Ducts, Eco Air Cleaning, and Eco Air Duct Cleaning. During the appointment, concerns were raised regarding pricing and professionalism. One worker identified himself as “Enmanuel” and attempted to offer separate “under the table” side work outside of the company after we questioned the cost of the services. The workers arrived with only basic household-type equipment, including an air compressor, shop vacuum, and a spray bottle of Fabuloso, which did not appear consistent with professional mold remediation or air duct cleaning services as advertised. I cannot verify the identities or roles of the individuals involved, but I am documenting my experience for consumer awareness and encouraging others to thoroughly research before hiring.

This is a scammer that works for a fake air duct cleaning service! BEWARE
