Received VM only! My phone DID NOT RING! This wasn't even a phone call, the voice message went directly to my mobile provider's voicemail system. The message showed a s****ed local number to my location, but gave this number in the message to call back if interested.

Claims to be a home buyer in “our” area and wants to offer to buy my home. Clearly a scammer!!

As the previous person commented, she claims to be a home buyer, wanting to buy in our neighborhood. She even chuckles in the message, but that may very well be part of the scam to make it seem natural, instead of robotic.

Claims to be a home buyer, wanting to buy “…an additional property in OUR neighborhood.” Interesting phraseology, since I’m in Howard County, and this number is located in Belair area of Hartford County. Sixty miles is a little far to claim to be in “…our neighborhood.”

Says home buyer but clearly fraud. If an agent should be disbarred. Clear FCC violator.
