rang our company with a message of a civic matter. wouldnt speak to any staff anytime they rang.

Call came from a land line at Annapolis, Maryland to Kansas at 09:31 hours on 5-2-09. Call not answered and no message left. I feel this is a new number (at least to this company) in a telemarketing phone bank. The number was issued to U.S. Lec Communications of Maryland, Inc on 9-24-01, but only one entry, 3 days before mine, is in the many scam watch sites like this one. But, that entry had no narrative with the poster's experience. The phone-reverse outfits and the bigger search engines also had no record which, in itself, is su****ious.
