Note: This was only email communication with the phone number in the email but there is no option to choose email so I picked text message, which is not accurate. Received a legitimate sounding email which included this phone number to sell a property they owned but they were overseas at the moment for a medical procedure. The name and property address corresponded to the county records EXCEPT for the middle initial which was different. A few days later, I received another email from a different email address, different name, no phone and no specific address except for the county but worded almost verbatim without the specific address.
