Ibought this phone from TMobile i knew so****ing was wrong when 2 family members #5 friends could not call me .please someone help!!!

Because of severe hacking with other numbers received this number hoping it could help (not even the area code in my state) even worse s****ed receiving calls from consumer cellular about past due bill (not my carrier) would call them to no avail finally said this was one of there cutomers home line and mine was a secondary mobile #but could not give the name of them due to there privacy have blocked them but still get constant messages almost all of my ingoing and outgoing calls have a #1 in front of mine or there #(international calling) have numerous friends and family that cannot call now because it says that also says neighbor s****ing detected hope someone can help

I get a phone bill monthly from consumer celluler after months of calling them to say i donot have service with you mine is with tmobile they finally admitted this number also is a home phone for someone else and the reasons they contact me monthly is my number is a secondary number to contact when the bill is past due they refuse to tell me the name because of privacy!!!
