Really must be a scammer as left message referencing needed to talk about accident on 3/13. Said name is Juan Becerra. When called back only got voicemail indicating he was away from his desk and to leave a message.

Left a voicemail asking for my sister and "calling back" about a call from a few days ago. 10/10 believe it's a scam.
