If I answer they ask me to speak to me, I confirm that it is me. Then they ask me to confirm my SS number and birthday before going forward. I refuse and they get super rude and threatening. They have left VMs threatening me that if I do not call their office about this unknown matter today there will be problems. They have even started calling my father looking for me.

Didn't say why they were calling just left VM for me to return the call right away. It originates from Venus TX which is probably why I'm getting it because I kept my TX cell phone # when I moved out of state.

Some automated female-sounding voice says something along the lines of: "This message is to notify you that IRS has issued an arrest warrant against you right now you and your physical property those are being monitored and it's very important that I do hear back from you as soon as possible before we proceed further in any legal action my direct call back number is..."

The IRS will not call you stating you are under investigations or that there are any issues. They will send you a letter and if they get no response they will then send a registered letter. These phone calls are a scam.

Computer generated voice gives IRS arrest warning and wants you to call this number.
