There were fraudulent charges on my card.

The caller said that someone had used my credit card and charged $400. They knew my SS#, card number and amount owed on my credit cards.

He said someone was using my Citicard and had opened new credit cards using my information. He said he would cancel the charges to my account

Stated they were going to pay off my credit card debt on one account. Free of charge. 3 callers, last caller s****ed dropping F ****s when I questioned him on the call.

This person hires people, then tries to pay them with a bad check.
