They called me on a Friday on my cell phone... it came across as a 911 emergency call, my husband was on his way to montana, I had a flipping heart attack.  They said I had to pay or they where taking me to court, had to send them information so they could draft money out of my account.  Here is what I have found out.  They are ACS legal department in Atica NY (so they say), your money goes to a weprint24, in jacksonville florida.  The phone number is from May pearl, TX and the fax is from elk grove village, illinois.  Stopped all payments to them and wells fargo is investigating them.  DONT send them money.  Regular collection agencies don't threaten you.

I have been receiving this same phone call at work for about 5 months now. They call at least every other week. Sometimes they argue, ****up or if you ****up they will call you back and argue somemore. They have threatened to call my boss and get me fired and arrested for not paying a bogus cash advance company. Sometimes telling them you know it's a scam a ***dred times they still keep calling. I have filed complaints with everyone and no one can help. The callers are using a special device to call from fictious numbers so they can't be traced or blocked completely. But at least the American names and the heavy accents always give them away. I need to see if I can get their bank information and maybe someone can trace them then???

I s****ed getting calls from this number about three weeks ago and all they do is tell me that they are here to help me before I go to prison. ***?? I asked what this is regarding and all she says is I'll have my supervisor call you to brief you on your case. WHat casE? This is a heavy accent person but names herself Jacqueline Jones. I have refused to pick up any calls from this number, so now they are using other known numbers like my cell and work number, to call me. Are you kidding me??? These people are just bunch of scammers. Dont fall for it.

I keep getting this call from this number and the also use my work number to call me....they tell me they are going to get me for fraud.....apprently i used my bank account to get this loan from them.....i dont and havent had a bank account for about five years. I only deal with cash.....they wont give me information and the guy that calls is ****ese or ***anese and his name is john smith.....

this is a scam! These people are not americans, have a heavy indian accent but have names such as Paul Wilson. When you try to call the number back it is not a real number. They use threats and say that the police are on their way to arrest you if you don't pay the money. They usually say that it is in regard to a loan that you have defaulted on but they won't give you any more info about the company or when the money was due. they will however, give you the account number to wire the money to. how convienent. Do not fall for this.

I got a call that today some legal actions are being taken on MY NAME and SSN# that would ruin my life and my credit.They promised me that no legal actions will be taken on my name and REALLY it was not. They saved my life.Fridays are what I like to think of as “bless the house” days and really they proved it to me.I was not aware of a law suite that was being pressed a***nst my name and I called these people and just by paying them a small amount they withdrew my case .......hope U don't get into any legal troubles, just pay them and save yourself from being sued..............
