They tried to say that I was overbilled and when I told her that I did not care she ***g up

Said there was a billing error with our credit card statement. Would not give me which provider, etc. Irritated when questioned.

Called regarding overbilling on our May statement. Could not verify which merchant service and/or account information, He got very offended when I would not give him any information and told him it was a scam.

Claims to be with merchant services but could not say what merchant service without verifying more information than what was needed.
