Blacklist the number if you don't want to be bothered with harassing phone calls from the bank.

they just called me but didn't answer and now that read some of your stuff, I think its a scam if you ask me.

BCA FINANCIAL

REDC claiming they represent BofA. They want me to process a Deed in lieu of Foreclosure through the new Obama plan. They say I don't qualify for anything else. They have NO direct access to BofA records regarding my account. I have a BofA case worker that is reviewing my Loan Modification who tells me to ignore them. Pure harassment if you ask me.

they are the company that represents the deed in lieu of foreclosure department for bank of america. it's legit. also will call from 1 ******1830. offerinv 3000 dollar relocation package and no 1099 at the end of the year. only for people that cannot do a short sale and do not want to go into foreclosure

SPAM. BofA gave them my loan info so they can harass and convince me to give up my home. Everytime BofA reviews and denies you they still get their stipend from Uncle Sam.

Recd call didn't answer but left no answer. This is about the 5th or 6th call and after reading others comments, realize that I too have a BOA Mortgage! Scary.

Called BoA @ their actual number - 800.669.6607, asked who "REDC Default Solutions" were and what they were doing with my BoA LOAN NUMBER and amount of mortgage principle.  Been receiving calls and correspondance from them for 3 months following settling my BoA mortgage.BoA told me they were in NO WAY affiliated with BoA and that I should sign nothing, agree to anything, etc, and tell them to STOP CONTACTING ME.  Done this twice already, yet the letters still come-  Latest one saying we had 30 days to "confirm debt" or they would begin "foreclosure proceedings".Caveat emptor.

they are a 3rd party, bank of america forwarded my info to them to offer a short sale, they told me that a modification was not an option and that i needed to do a short sale,, i advised the idiot that i was in contact with the bank of america negotiator and underwriter and that i was in review of a mod, he didnt seem to believe me, i told them for the second time to take my name out of their dialer

they are not bank of america,, bank of america forwarded your info to them, they are a 3rd party doing short sales and deed in lieu

Calls my cell several times and leaves no message. From others statement, I can identify with their statements... So****ing shady in them asking me to do a deed in Lieu while on the other end I am attempting a short sale... sign the paper now! REDC is supposed to be hadling the HAFA program for shortsales for B of A. When I call them back, they have no idea why they called as they think it was automated???? I am aware of who they are as I have talked to them previously about the HAFA relocation****istance program. It seems that B of A and REDC have no clue what they are doing in regards to these housing bailout programs...

Its REDC working for B of A.  Harassing nonstop calls about a house that was discharged in bk 6 months ago. Time to call the lawyer and report them!

I've received several phone calls from this number the past few days, but no messages have been left. When I dialed it back, a recorded voice said, "one moment please...." and then played music as if they were getting a representative for me. I disconnected after a few seconds. I will be blocking this phone number through my phone company.

The number is the Bank of America collections department for delinquent mortgage payments.  They were offering a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure.

Yesena supervisor is "Shannon" male.Posted comment "REDC (Real Estate Disposition Corporation) had huge country-wide real estate auctionsin early 2008. I am one of the victim and had been misled by their on-line informations“Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure”.

It may be from a real estate auction company. My caller id show REAL ESTATE DIS as the caller.
