Caller ID says Guide Pointe 469-324-5268. Recording that is meant to sound like a live person says it is "Charles with GPS" about affordable health care coverage. They leave the number 1 877 561 6051 to call back. Left messages on my home phone two days in a row.

keeps calling and will not leave a voicemail. when you call back it goes straight to voicemail.
