Told me I owed for a payday loan sometime between 2010 and 2017. Couldn't tell me the company said they were going to file paperwork at my local courthouse.

She called my step mother first to get a message to me. I have had the same number for over ten years but Lydia didn't have my current number or address. Both can be found with a simple Google search for me. She claims I am going to receive a summons to appear for malicious intent and theft by deception from Allied Financial. Claims I didn't pay back a pay day loan in 2016.

Same story as everyone else the red flag for me is when she asked for picture of DL & credit card. Cold not tell me original loan amount, loan provider, only that I took it out in 2014 or 2015. When I requested to have the do***entation of signed contract she said even if I pay in full she cannot provide.
