Same scam as other listed... I offered to give them my attorney's phone number and they refused to take it.

Call here every night about 4:45. Say they have a lawsuit a***nst me. I just ***g up.

Scammer... Trying to get information for fraud

Trying to scare people into thinkin a lawsuit is being brought a***nst them by some unknown person

A person called and said they were UPS processing and that a complaint had been filed a***nst me. They asked me to verify my iden***y and when I declined to do so I was told in a threatening manner that "giving a phone number under false pretenses," would be "added to the court filing," and intimating some sort of criminal charges would be brought a***nst me. Really weird stuff.

They say a complaint has been filed a***nst you. This is never done by telephone. The courts use courier ONLY. It is a scam!
