Claimed to be from Merchant Services and said we had been over billed when I asked what bill date he said December and when I once a***n asked for the full date, he got very rude and said "Ma'am if you'd let me speak"...I knew it was a spam from his customer service and his inability to answer any of my questions.

Claimed to be from merchant services and wanted the info off my statement. When I didn't give him any info, he got very rude.

He said he was with Merchant Services and we had been over charged. We weren't. Called back 15 minutes later by mistake, and was rude.

"Wilson with Merchant Services" is a total ******bag and as soon as you call him out, or ask questions which he cannot answer (since he's a scammer) he gets very defensive and s****s yelling at you. He really needs to work on that temper if he expects to be a successful scam artist. ;)

He screamed mostly at me so it was hard to understand. Very abusive and very angry. I was afraid of him.

Overcharged by my merchant services and he is going to clear that up but he needs the info off of my statement.
