Caller asked to speak with owner/president of company by name, I asked who's calling and he said Allen with Copelands. I said one moment please and sent him to voicemail, he didn't leave a message. I'm****uming they are an investment banker scam, like all the others wanting so****ing for nothing.

Received a call from Jarrett saying he needed to speak to Tod (our president).  When I asked who he was with he stated Morgan.  I asked what the call was in reference to; he stated a business matter.  I then questioned him as to what business matter and he said financial.  He then told me I needed to put him through to Tod.  I asked what sort of financial matter since we get a lot of these annoying calls that Tod doesn't take.  He then stated he knew what I could do for him; preceeded to yell into the phone and state YOU CAN GET OFF MY PHONE and then ***g up.I wish there was so****ing you could do about annoying and RUDE telemarketers!!

My dad gets calls daily from someone named Diane since last year. She pushes for information about me. He never gives her any info, so she continues to call and harass him everyday looking for me, asking when he will see me, so on and so on. He gets ****ed and chews her out randomly. She always calls back. I called her for the first time a few weeks ago to see exactly what she is saying that I owe for. She says I owe cingular $1,300 for an outstanding bill!! She expected me to pay the full amount right then over the phone. Then she told me that i need to talk with my family memebers for a loan??? Finally she said that she can waive $300. Yeah right.I told her I would call her back the next day after I spoke with my husband. I never called her back becasue this is nonsense. I never received anything by mail stating that I owe this amount. I never gave her my new number (the one I called her from) but she calls me now everyday on that line. She never leaves a message but she calls twice a day.

Caller asked to speak with CFO and ***g-up the phone on me when I told him he was unavailable.  Very rude person.

A Gordon Martinez called asking to speak to our controller.  When I asked what company he was with, he refused to give me the name and told me to "just put me through to your controller". I tried explaining that I'd put his call through if he told me the name of his company.  He told me that he has never been asked his company, once people know it's Gordon Martinez his calls are answered.  He was very rude, and I ***g up on him.

a man called asking for josefina. as soon as i told him he had the wrong #, he ***g up on me.

These freaking people have been harrassing me for about two weeks now. They say I owe Cingular $1,642 and they want me to take out loans to pay them back first off I dont owe Cingular that **** much and second of all***** no i aint taking a loan out for them. But I will be looking into sueing them for harrassment.

This ph# came up on my caller Id as "Texas 469-521-0539" today 3/11/08. It is my house but I dont live their my Uncle dose and he is some what  mentally challenged. anyway I happened to be their today and answered the phone the woman asked to speak to my uncle I said anything related to him needed to be addressed to me she got very HUFFY when I would not give the phone to my Uncle, That it was a "Private matter" and she needed to speak to him. I told her not to call this # anymore she just kept ranting on about his Birth date if she could confirm it. I just ***g up. she also spoke spanish. I am now worried what info he (my uncle) gave her. He dose not know any better.

Got a call from NRS / 469 521 0539 today, asking for the owner of the company.  When I asked what the call was in reference to (we get all kinds of ****offs calling to speak with the owner, and they're usually pretty obvious), he got snippy and asked "is this **X (the owner's name)" even though I'd already told him who I was, then he ***g up.

When they call they tell us we owe 42.65 and that amount has not c****ed in 4 months.(if it was a bill it would be increasing because of interest.) We won't pay so****ing that we have never received a bill for. They always call on our cell phone not our home phone. They ask for you to give them a check by phone or a credit card. It seems that they are attempting to get your financial information......Do not give them anything, It does seem like a scamWhen we have decided to answer to try to talk to someone we go through the steps and it finally tells you that if you want to speak to someone press "0". When we press 0 it tells you no one is available and they will call you back at another time. They call several times a day everyday!!!!!!!

These fools call my home at least once a day. They are rude, dissmisive and arrogant. We have receive multiple names from multiple people, all of which find it necessary to think they can bully us. I have discovered that they are collecting for Cingular -- which took place duing the transition fron Cingular to ATT. Now they are harassing America with their ignorance. We don't owe them anything, but still they call. Don't give them any info, because they are merely phishing -- deceptively preying on women and the elderly.I am currently seeking info from the Attorney General of California on how to begin a class action suit a***nst them. Their harrassment is wide-spread enough to engage an actionalbe litigation. At least we will be able to give them someting to think about before calling.Until then, I use three tactics to discourage them from calling here: I put them on "forever hold" which never ends; I ask they wait for a message and then, just at the right moment in a looooong pause, ****-up + I feign as though I am hard of hearing and ask them to speak louder and louder ... until they ****-up from frustration -- that one makes me feel so much better, because I get a great laugh from it. LOLGod bless you all when dealing with these people.

I do not answer these calls because it is not a number I recognize. I have had 47 calls from this number since Aug of 2007. It irratates the **** out of me because I have a prepay and my company charges me for it even if I don't answer!!!

they keep calling and always leave a message that is just a recorded voice saying "thomas"i have gotten three messages already

Someone called from this number asking for our company CEO who is not in.  They then asked for our CFO.  When I asked what the call was regarding the caller ***g up.

I recieved a call from this number. They said that they were looking for my son. When I told them that he did not live here they ***g up on me. I get a call from this number several times a day most of the time I do not answer. If I don't answer they don't leave a message.
