same here. got a call today from some woman named casey with a heavy accent that you can't even understand what she is saying. this has been going on with me for almost a year. same scam different names given. i get really **** with them most of the time. don't fall for this i reported them but they c****e there number so much and use disposable cell phones so it is hard to track them

How can they get away with this It is rediculous I talked to them last year and the same but nothing happened I called my bank and they said it was a scam and they could not get any thing from me

'Anonymous' how do they get away with so many phone numbers and harrassing all of us? someone has to shut them down. with all of our complaints out here on the website for all the fake numbers they use such as 443 333 1201,909 581 8828,567 244 6051 etc. just does not make any sense.

Got a call today from a lady named "Casey Gray" with a heavy Indian Accent, at my work.  She told me I owed on a pay day loan from 1.5 years ago from ArrowHead investments.  She  said I had an affidavit from finacial Crime Department from a Law Firm in Texas that would be executed from today.   (Bogus, they say that all the time and nothing happens).  I told her I had never heard of Arrowhead payday Loans nor had I ever taken out a Payday Loan from them.  These people are total Crooks and need to stop harrassing people and should b thrown in jail for trying to scam good honest people out of their Money.   They have called me at least 4 times in the past and if I had all the time in the world I would report them to every do not call listing I know and everyone I know.   Please go look for a REAL job and leave everyone alone.

The name of the woman was also Casey Gray with a heavy accent.

Had call from this number law office said I would be in a big mess if I did not call back. Called the number and message said  number not in use. This must be a scam

Got a call from "Casey Gray" a***n, this time representing "Financial Claim Department". Asking for my Attorney's Badge number. I gave them my attorney's name and badge number. She was dumb founded. She seemed upset that I was so "well prepared" to counter her fraud attempt. I told her to contact my attorney with her "fake claim" and she just ***g up on me. I hate these worthless Indians who do nothing but to try to scam you. Please, don't fall vicitm to them no matter how much they threaten you.

I've been a victim of fraud before so I am really careful whenever I get these bogus calls from from "thieves" from India. Their "names" c****e everytime they call me. Caller ID never shows up (either unavailable or 0000). Please, please don't fall victim to these fraudulent s***s who pray on the innocent people. I always check the number before I even answer any calls from these jokers. This time, the caller's name was Casey Gray (yeah, with heavy set Indian accent). They always use same line. From some bu***hit agency about some bu***hit lawsuit or case. And if I don't call back, so****ing really bad is going to happen. Yeah, right. I can totally tell she's reading off some cue card because I swear, I heard her pause because she dropped her cue card. Please, please don't give out any information about yourself and fall victim to these spineless, worthless, s***bags...

Just  a huge scam...I don't even have a payday loan and they threatened to put me in jail...they told employees at my work "The police were on the way to arrest me.."One pretended to read some BS "court order" and when I asked where the "trial" was held, she ***g up.I called back and pretended to be my own lawyer, and when I asked for the court paperwork, they said they don't have to give me "any **** paperwork...".Its really quite amusing. Rather than get mad I just keep them on the phone and speak nonsense to them to waste THEIR time and money...

got a call from this number and the lady i spoke to could not speak good english and said she was from US Crime Investigations. trying to convince me that i owe money to ARROWHEAD ENTERPRIZE and i said go away(well i said worse) cuz arrowhead does not do payday loans.

I several calls from the 465-656-5990 number - when I asked them to give me their address so that my lawyer could connect them - they were willing to do that - they were trying hard to get information from me - but I would not give them anything - they ***g on me --- I don't understand what planet do these people think that we are from - with all the news and the media about these types of companies who try to hard to get information out of you --- they are the DUMBEES!!!!!!!

Woman stated I would be picked up by the police at my place of work....be aware this is a scam

hey wendy I received a call from them today as well telling me that I need to call them or my attorney needs to call them. The lady who left me a voice mail message name was Alicia she was rude as*****. The calls are coming in from Allen, TX.She said if I dont receive a call from either one of you I wish you a good life, well *** is that suppose to mean. These people need to be stopped and be charged. Im sick of american based companies factroing their work to middle eastern people

I also have been receiving calls from this number.  When I looked at my caller ID for one of these calls, it was coming from Mexico.  I have been working on paying my unresolved debt.  I do not have to much out there now.  I ask this, the people that siad they were getting calls, did you use a Internet Cash Advance place at all?  I would like to go directly to the company instead of talking to these guys.

I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 469-656-5990 STATING I OWED MONEY FOR A LOAN I WOULD BE GETTING FEDERAL PAPERS BY TOMORROW AT 11 AM IF I DID NOT COMPLY," THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT GIVE MONEY OR INFO EVEN IF THEY HAVE SOME OF YOUR INFO" I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.

This is a collection agency. I work at a huge call center and they call all the time. It is like a game to us know when they try to reach one of our employees.

Received a call at my home 6:45am Pacific Time.  Received a call and voicemail message on my mobile phone 6:48am Pacific time.  Identified himself as Chris Howard, State Fianancial Plan as division of (inaudible). Person had a thick, Nigerian-type accent. Looking for another person who gave my cell phone number as a reference. Stated in the voicemail message that he is conducting a federal investigation for this person with legal action and arrest pending. When you call the number back you cannot leave a message in a filled message box.  I know these are bottom feeder debt collection agencies. Does anyone know a name that I can identify and file charges for harragement and fairlure to abide by Calfiornia Collection laws?

I got a call from some guy I couldn't understand, but he said I had a loan that I hadn't paid back and mentioned so****ing about a company called Cash Transfer. Said it was on a loan in 2009....WRONG.

Claim to work for the State Financial Investigations. Said I owed a debt that wasnt even mine, I was just a referal. But, He wanted me to fax all my banking information so he could collect the money from my account. Finally told him the next day, That I would deal with the creditors directly and not to call me or my work. He said that police officials would come to my door next day. 3 days later called a***n, I said arent you the one that called me friday and I told you not to call. He said yes, I said then why did you call. He said just be prepared with a lawyer tomorrow and ***g up. This is illegal...Get thier info sent to Federal Credit reporting act people. And tell them not to call back. Once you tell them not to call they are not suppose to call back.

Claiming to work for the Stat Financial Investigations had all my personal information. Claiming I owed $9,000 and did I want to go to court of settle with them. Thsi is a FRAUD their is no such unit witht he government or the FBI. Callers be ware. DO not give them you information

Keep receiving a call from some guy named Carmeron who says he will put me behind bars and God help my soul if I don't call him back. You can't call back cause it doesn't even ring - 469-656-5990.  Says he is with the US Crime Investigations.  There is no such thing if you Google it.
