This number keeps appearing on my 11 year old son's phone. He never picks up since he is restricted to answering to phone call on his list only. But this number calls 3-5 a day. A big problem while he is in school. Not too mention no message is ever left on his voice mail. I called the number but a voice mail picks up saying BCI.Any idea?
