I have received a text from this number saying; "as per our records, you are a vitium of iden***y theft and my credit score was affected........" Checked my credit score, it has went up because I paid off two credit cards last month! My phone number has been on the National Do Not Call List since 2016! This text is the second within 18 hours with the same area code and message.

I have gotten numerous calls from this area code with similar numbers. I find it hard to believe that there is not an en***y or business that can investigate such numbers and throw a ****k in their action. Even DOJ is unenthusiastic, and many warnings are given to alert the population to the problem. Just replying STOP does nothing except allow the scammer to crank another robo-number and irritate people are basically honest and expect everyone else to be the same-when they are not.
