i have received numerous calls at my work from 469-718-7315.  there is a 'Greg" that calls but he hass an Indian accent(very thick) i asked what this was pertaining to and he requested my home phone number and my social security.  i told him that if he had an account that i was to call about that he should be able to pull it up with my name, he stated he needed my ss number and my home phone number to pull it up.  i refused and ***g up on him. these people are ridiculous.

I got a call today from the same phone number 315-551-5*** and got the same spew on the legal action a***nst me. I called the person on the phone to a challenge, I said where are you getting this legal action information from? he said he couldn't provide any information other than my personal information he had. I told him I would call him back, I then called my bank and verified that no deposit of such loan agency had made any deposit or debit from my account. Then I called him back and he got very short with me but I kept him on the phone he wanted to **** up but I wouldn't let him I kept pressing him for information until he ***g up. Be aware of the internet surfing for a payday loan, I learned my lesson earlier this year and here's what you should know; if you are in need of a payday loan don't surf the internet because you will be providing all your personal information to a third party so that they can match you to a lender and in this process is where these idiots get your personal information. On these websites they have a disclaimer that says "we are not a lender" so don't waste your time go to the yellow pages and look up a real Payday loan agency that will help you with a loan. What these idiots are trying to do is have you pay them for a false loan you supposibly owe and this is how they get your money.

wow.just had a phone call that scared the u know what out of me and like a ***** i fell for it,cuz i was scared so i went to my back and canceled my accounts.yes he was indian but his name is officer george miller or officer sean martin calling from unlv law firm. i did have to loans out HOWEVER, i called those two loan places and they both said no loans are in collections,and that was not us.i gave them the number and the names of these people.he only recited my last four digits of my social security number,he was calling from 469-718-7315 and here is a fax number 707-638-7212 and i think this happened cuz i filled out some stuff on the internet.so its my fault but still dont fall for it guys.be careful.but when i heard officer i freaked.and how did he get my cell phone number.scary i did just check my credit report,so here is there link. www.annualcreditreport.com

This company called my worked today and said I was being sued. I called the number he left on my voice message and when I returned the call he asked me who this was? I would not tell him. This is an apparent scam in the works! Do not offere them any information at all!

I am currently live in North of California.In the last few weeks, I received several phone calls   from   officers name   Jeff Thomson and  Jack Foster ( same person, just different name every time he called ) who claimed to be calling from  UNLD , Law firm  (he  spoke in a thick Indian accent)  to informed me  there is a lawsuit  had been filed  to a***nst my name and my ss# ( he told me my last # , but it was wrong). He left  several messages for me saying that he needs me to call him back (469-821-0335) if not the only thing he can do is he wish me good luck because the situation of  legal matter is totally  enforce on me. He has to take some legal action to a***nst my ss#... This is a total scam. I did file complain to FTC and local police..Please do not answer to this phone # and report to Police and FTC. I am sure, sooner or later US gov will track down these people/group.

They keep calling my work number.

FYI, they claim they call from UNLD INC,  (www.unldinc.com) Their phone number 1-888-879-3341 The address:UNLD Inc. Director – Tilak JoshiB 5 / 6 Gira Park, B/h Nawkar Flat,Vejalpur station roadAhmedabad 380051Gujarat, India. I tried to talk to them but got the answering ma****e. I don,t know if they have to do with the same scammer who calls from 469-821-0335 but they sure sound alike with the strong hindi accent in english.

i have had several calls from different phone numbers . one month it's one number and the next month another number yes****ay and today on my job was this 469-821-0335 . same story they are from the unld , unlv, saying i am being sued for fraud and i will be going to jail and everything esle . i just say sue me now because this is crazy it's been going on for months, the scariest thing is for all is these people have our ss# work # lic# bank acct# . now this is scary . i would love to be able to sue them.

They are calling someone else but insist this person ouns my number....they are lunatics. :(((They say they're calling from UNLV or UNLD and identifies as a certain officer harry morgan with a very hindu accent.

I have several call from this number 315 551 5*** and telling me he is an officer from UNLV.. This guy name Charles whose accent is very prominent i don't know where he came from telling me to have my attorney call him back and left a number 4698210335..This person almost gave an heart attack..for those who also scammed by this person we should reunite to do some actions to stops this ******ity...

Officer "Greg Wilson", who was definately from a foreign country and didn't fit the name, Left message stating my fiance had committed a fraud with a finance company using my name and number as family reference.  Finance company has come up with legal case a***nst my fiance (stated his name)  and he wanted me to convey the message to my fiance because he could help him out of this "legal mess"  Left call back #: 469-821-0335  FYI. My fiance told me he recently filled out an online application for a loan through money mutual...really ******... i know!  Ever since then he has been getting scam phone calls and because he put my number down as a reference, i have been getting calls too!

Got a call from Officer (Unintelligible name) at UNLV or UNLB? Law firm saying my daughter had committed Internet fraud and that she had used my name and phone number and if she did not call them back a law suit would have to be filed in her name and social security number.   The caller's accent was perhaps Indian or middle Eastern.  Not easy to understand.

They called my place of work today.  I got very  upset with them and asked for them to remove my work number from their data base and was told that they have every right to continue to contact me until this matter is resolved.  I then asked for an address in which to send a letter stating that they are not to contact me via phone that their only means of contacting will be by written communcations to be told that they did not have to provide me with the address and they would not be providing me with an address.  The bill they alledge that they are trying to collect for has been resolved with another agency.  They are phishing for information.  DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION.

these idiots call from various number..469-821-0335    347-875-8418  saying they are Mr Davis...or some guy named Kevin...or Jack..Give me a break....they are not even American...they are scammers and need to be prosecuted...have reported them to Andrew Cuomo's office..NYS Attorney General...good luck *****s

They will not tell me nothing other than UNLV say they are a law firm and trying to collect a debt want to use a prepaid charge card.  want $1245.79 in the amount of two payments

This person called from a 3155515*** but had me call back 4698210335 all they would say is that they were an officer from UNLV but would not tell me what UNLV stood for or were they were located at but from a reverce number search they number they call from was a New York area code but the number they had me call back was a Texas Area code. so to me this was a scam they would not give me any info because i would not give them the number to the phone they originally called. Quit calling me or i will prosacute!! Any real officer will give you the information about who they work for.

got a call from this number on my work phone. i will call them back and let them have it. dang scammers and there new phone numbers.also calling from 902 332 2240. frickin' idiots!!

You scammers have been calling me for months now at my work, at my home and my sisters - if you don't stop calling I am going to sued you all for harrassment...Quit calling 816-763-6681 and quit calling my other numbers and my sisters - I am not going to pay you a dame dime!   UNDERSTOOD - QUIT CALLING.
