A man calls from the Financial Crime Prevention Unit on behalf of a cash advance company called Advance Cash Mutual claiming I have an unpaid payday loan and police will come to my place of work or home if I don't do what they want. They will not give a physical address so I can't send a cease and decist letter asking them not to call me a***n at work. They only have my work number (I work for the governement by the way) I do have a phone number. They call me at least twice a month. I told them to go ahead and send the cops they said ok and ***g up and keep calling. The number is 760-624-8195. Nothing I say to them will make them stop. Don't know what to do. Its a bogus claim they are making and will not send me any info about this "legal matter".
