Received spam texts from this and other numbers with the same area code. Blocked but still spammed

i am receiving text from this number and I don't know how to stop it. It s****ed about a month a go and they are horrible texts about ***ual items. this is on my work phone. I delete them off my phone and ask to block them but they keep coming
