I got it on my voicemail this morning.  It is apparently hooked to a callback feature because it only recorded the sound of an OUTGOING call.I had received a call earlier that day from someone who claimed that because I was a valued customer for some online vendor, they were going to send me a $25 gift card from Walmart, if I tried out some new service, first month only $1.  I ***g up before they finalized the deal by getting a verbal commitment from me.She had a heavily-accented voice, and when I had first answered the phone, it rang "outward" before she picked up and s****ed talking.

i never answer the calls. they are using a local number but they are not local. heads uo, everybody.

Everytime I answer my cell phone with this number calling, the line s****s ringing as if i'm calling someone then it goes to some weird music.

Got 3 calls in one day on my voicemail which they apparently can't figure out is voicemail because they just keep asking to speak to me over and over with a thick accent

Left message "this is the Lowery Law firm with a message for _________(not my name). They call at least once a day. Now this new "trick" using a "local" number.
