On my ***her's business phone bill there are 4 charges from this number. It is under a heading that says "Long distance provided by other companies" and then under that it says Company name - Fastrack Each one is dated Nov 1: 8:26am 478-285-9705 1 minute HST $3.99 8:40am 478-285-9705 1 minute HST $3.99 9:09am 478-285-9705 1 minute HST $3.99 9:20am 478-285-9705 1 minute HST $3.99 The total cost = $15.96 Obviously no one from my ***her's business called there even though it appears as if the calls were made from his number. He has been ill and hasn't even been there in months and the business is located where my elderly aunt lives. I****ume it was some kind of auto-dialer that called. In any case my mother will be contacting Bell and hopefully getting these charges removed as we will not be paying them. It's interesting that this company is able to get away with their illegal activity and the phone companies don't seem to care or want to put a stop to it.

Received a bill for $3.99 on my Telus bill for August 15th. No such call was made. Asking Telus to remove from my bill.

Was billed $3.99 on my Bell bill. They will reimburse us the amount, but have billed it back to Fastrack Global****ist (the carrier of the number). Will see if we get billed by them now.

Big scam to make money for Rogers!!! They (Rogers) could not care less, It's money for them!!! I have no one calling me through any third party and I know of no location called "DIR****IS" which is the location given as called. I suggest we notify the police fraud department. Can you imagine how much money Roger's and other phone companies are making from these bogus calls? WW

I got 2 charges, 1 min apart, on my Rogers home phone bill showing directory****istance calls to this # and was charged $3.99 for each call. I just recently switched to Rogers. I've never had this problem on Bell.
