Told me I paid $299 last year at Best Buy and that it was going to auto renew my computer services, which I had no idea what that meant and they would not be more specific... what computer services I bought. They just wanted me to connect with their computer server. Not ok

When I answered I was asked if I was "my name" and then they ***g up. I did not respond to the request to say "yes"
