The number is always busy when I try to return the call, or no one answers when I call.

oh and when I try to call back I get the same message the other commenters left NOTHING

called me but said nothing and since I have been told by police and phone company they could do nothing I took it upon myself to do so****ing so if they say nothing after I answer 3 times they get a fog horn in their ear.

Called. Left no message. And when you call back it says this is not an active number
