I keep getting calls from this number, too! I also get a busy tone when I try to call back. Who is it?

They called our cell phone today & asked us if we were interested in replacement windows for our house. We told him we were not homeowners & he **** up. My husband said he sounded like a young man & very unprofessional. He never said which company he was with & the only thing that showed up on caller id was the number. We haven't tried calling it back, but I'm sure we'd get the same result.
