It's a collection agency. Kinda surprised me, I forgot I owed this bill. They were really nice compared to what I always hear about collectors. They let me make monthly payments.
Called 3 times within 4 hours while I was at work. Didn't leave a message the first two times, happened to be on break for the third. Explained I was at work and ***g up on them.
