You can't press charges , lol its a 501 C non profit organization there a non telimarkiting corporation its a funraiser for the arkansas state police they have teddy bear program for the kids in hospitals , they also have one for the police that have been ****ed or injured in the line of duty and one for the veterans and another for kids wish and couple others they do , all you can do is answer the phone and say put me on irate please i don't want anymore calls from you people not now or not next year put me on irate and they will do that but you can't press charges lol

They call at all hours and **** up as soon as I answer. I am on the DNC list so they need to stop NOW. If it continues I will press charges.

This is the Arkansas State Police****ociation. They do fundraisers for police to have teddy bears for children in traumatic situations. I have donated to it before, they will send you the info in the mail, you dont have to pay over the phone. Its legit, but they can be annoying once you are on their list. They dont like to take no for an answer

ive received several calls from (479)922-2198 during the day, caller i.d. says A.S.P.A. I finally decided to call it back, (i thought maybe ASPA was an acronym for an animal rescue of some sort, and had hopes of a beloved lost pet being found). The number rings and then just clicks like being transferred or ***g up on.  What a let down.

I am getting these also, probably the Ark State Police using Telcom Enterprises to handle fundraising.

Called ID read A.S.P.A.  I let the call go to the recorder, but they ***g up.

caller id said A.S.P.A.

STOP CALLING MY NUMBER

i recieved a call 8-14-09 at nite say they was van buren polices wanting you to pay 1 time $20.00 fee for teddy bears to help children 479-922-2198 and when you call it back know one answers it just ring's and ring's and he said he was sending a letter out but i thank this is a scam please people be carefull

I have s****ed to just pick up the phone and **** right back up so they will stop ****ing up on my answering ma****e.  They call my house several times a day.

First time I had gotten a call from the number. They left no message and when I called it back all I got was a busy signal.
