I use to work for these people. I can honeslty say they are SCAMMERS. They will take your money and you will never be told why. You need to understand that we are told to put you off when you call. We will take message after message but you will never get a call back. You are going to be told to speak with a JOHN who handles these issues but he wont return your call cause he doesnt know what to tell you. JAY and RICHARD are the ones that are taking your calls. Best way to get someone on the phone is lie!!! Tell them you were returning a call about setting up a new merchant account. BUT you must say you want to talk to JAY he is the one that can do anything, but keep in mind that he will promise to check into it and you will be back at s****. DONT getoff till you get so****ing from them. A call on three-way or so****ing faxed over to you in writing. Im so sorry for all that is being taken for, I wish I could of done so****ing to help but if you have any ANY questions I might be able to help

YES!!!!!! You are being taken for a ride...our fees with our business s****ed out at 8.95 (dollars) a month,then the month of August it jumped to 79.95 a month and now it is 85.00, and the best part is that you can not contact them....try this number and see the kind of service you receive...480-275-2444...this is a scam and I am going to report them to the fraud division of the FBI.  This company is very experienced in fraud because they do an ACH form of payment from your bank account, but, not on the same day of each month....this way you can not do a stop payment ..... because you never know when they are going to deduct the money...Don't do business with them.......

These people are trying to sell me a credit card account for my new business. They said the ***nd new (however, it's been sitting in the box for over 2 years) Nurit 8320 terminal that i own is "outdated"--so****ing about needing the latest pci coding...--and they want me to get a "newer" ma****e from them (same Nurit 8320 model) for $34.99 a month--for 48 months. Wow. On top of this, they want me to SEND them my old one (which I OWN)...?Supposedly their rates are $10/mo. flat rate, no contract. Plus 1.79% retail credit cards and $0.25 flat fee for all debit cards with pin entered by customer. If pin not used (run debit card as a credit card) then it is 1.49%.Anyone know if i'm being taken for a ride here?? Thanks in advance...my store's not even open yet...

The company is owned by a Sandy Wigdore.....who is the wife of Jay Wigdore, a federal felon who is currently on federal probation for the largest bank fraud case in Arizona history! Sandy Wigdore is on paper only...... Jay runs the company and makes all of the financial decisions. It appears he has put another partner named Richard between himself and the public. It turns out that this partner, Richard is from Bank Card Empire which was just busted by the feds for a $78 million dollar fraud scam!!! I don't have the energy to continue to ***l the layers back any longer but I wasn't surprised to see that they are covertly operating a "BIZ OP" that mirrors the one perpetrated by Bank Card Empire. **** These guys are BAD NEWS ****
