It is from Cigna. I called back and got a really nice person who explained it was a supplementary nurse service through my (former) insurance, United Healthcare. I asked her to take me off the call list and after verifying some info, she took me off. They have called off and on for years. Try calling them back.
THANK YOU! This has been annoying me for about 6 weeks. They call every morning around the same time, never leave a message. I have Cigna, and their WellAware RN was going to call to talk. I was wondering why they never called ;-).Of course, if they left a message this would be easier ... but now I know who it is and will answer it next time!
7am phone calls with no message because they had me in the wrong time zone. FIX IT CIGNA!I just called it back, it (claims to be) the signa Well Aware program, where the nurses call you every month as a preventative and educational measure. They will also mail you stuff. You can call and opt out of the program. They will ask for info but you don't have to give it to them.
Yes this is Cigna WellAware Program... I forgot all about them... If you have Cigna Health Insurance and sign up with WellAware program then they will call once a month to give you guide about your health condition.

If you requested information or agreed to receive information on so****ing, it doesn't abide to the "Do-not-call Registry". Best thing to do is answer the phone and deal with it once and for all.
I want these irrating calls to stop. The constantly occur during my business hours. Also, my number is on the do-not-call registry. How are these calls getting thru? !!!
I have Cigna insurance also, but I will NOT give a detail like my date of birth out over the phone... are they mad? I answered them on another number - it appears that they are trying to get their people to switch prescriptions to their mail order plan. I have complained to my work HR number and I am considering doing so to the California State Insurance Commission.

I called them and they confirmed that they are the WellAware program from Cigna. I spoke with a registered nurse to have my cell phone number removed from the WellAware program. The RN apologized profusely for the problems with their auto-dialer.

I get calls from this number every single day. It is relentless. It reads ARIZONA on the Caller ID. You are saying it is Cigna. Well, if I want to speak with Cigna I will call them. I am paying extra to block their number. If this doesn't work, I will c****e my unlisted number. This is very annoying. They never leave a message.
