This is Chrysler Financial. Had been on auto-pay & never late in almost 3 yrs. They called on our first time late, only 3 DAYS past the DUE date. Spoke with them twice, both times advising of a promise to pay within 2 weeks. They still called a 3rd time (14 days after our due date. All 3 calls within 7 days of eachother). This 3rd call 'Ms Wagner' wouldnt even give me the time to say that we had spoke to them 2 other times within the last week etc. Kept refusing to transfer to her Spvsr.
