Leave a CommentGot my letter today. Signed by Jane Baker - Vice President. Says they have been trying to contact me and if I don't respond they will have to give my $1400 tickets to someone else. Where did these people get my name. The envelope is hand written to my legal name - not the one I go by. It's also from P***nix.I want to know who sold our names to these people.
Received letter today from Jefferson & Greer, Lauren Jones, VP. One of many aliases (see below) expanding to other states, still with P***nix, AZ postmark. See below link from Better Business Bureau Arizona: Link: http://tucsoncitizen.com/bbbconsumeralert/tag/jefferson-greer/Aliases: Welsch McCor****, Sullivan Lang, Zimmerman Cain, Shelton White, Emerson Ross, Richardson Blake, Morrison Banks, Davidson Powell, Stanton Carney, Gilbert Turner, Thompson Fuller, Swanson Carr, and Sutton Perry
Just got the same letter today. In California. Jefferson & Greer. Signed Lauren Jones. Travel Awards Division. Handwritten envelope. I have zero days to reply. Cool.
My letter came from "Jefferson & Greer" phone number to call was 800-395-6420.If it looks too good to be true... it usually is.
I also recieved a letter in a plain white business envelope addressed by hand. I am thankful that they included their web address which led me to this site in a round about way. The phone number that the letter directed me to call was differnt though, 480-374-5773, however it was signed (?) by Karen Wright, VP. Thanks for the warning, the letter is going straight to the trash can where it belongs.debbie/ sun city west, az
I recieved my $1400 roundtrip airline ticket award letter today--(no phone calls)From company COLEMAN HAYES signed by Karen Wright VP Travel Awards Divisionreturn address is bogus--- 412 E. Monte Cristo Ave - Scottsdale, AZ 85254Very cheesy looking website-- www.colemanhayes.comCREEPY!!
They are still at it,altho now are using a new logo....COLEMAN / HAYES Also a new number 480-374-5764,but still using "Jennifer Pratt" as the contact person. This one arrived on 12-18and syas 2 roundtrip tickets ,valid anywhere in the U.S. worth up to $1400(certain restrictions apply) are mine if I willcall before Dec.23rd....just another desparate attempt to sell timeshare property, no doubt
I got the same letter. There's other phone numbers out there****ociated with this *SCAM*. See the ABC15 article:http://www.abc15.com/content/news/investigato ... 16-8c5027faed16Copied here in case the link goes away:Letter claims roundtrip airfare award but what's the catch?Reported by: Joe Ducey Email: [email protected] Last Update: 11/10 7:33 am They come in the mail and are full of appealing words. The letter reads "I'm pleased to inform you have qualified for a reward of 2 airline tickets. Congratulations."It intrigued Robert Foxworth who received the letter because it promises up to a $1400 value. The letters come from a company called Haworth Campbell or one named Stewart Collins. Both have the same P***nix post office box. We found dozens of people are questioning the letters on the internet. There's no mention of cost. So what do you really get?We asked Robert to call the number in the letter. It turns out it's a pitch from a travel club called Vacation Network. We attended the sales pitch with Robert. And we expected to get the airline tickets afterwards for listening. Instead, we got a registration folder demanding $100 bucks and a $4.95 processing charge."Ewww, I thought that's not free, you know that's really cheesy," says Cie Scott.Cie says she and her husband went to a similar pitch months ago in Glendale and paid $135 for "free tickets." "Did I get the airline tickets? No, I didn't even get a follow up," Cie says. That company was not Vacation Network. But recently, Cie says she got a letter from them and went to hear the pitch."Surprise, surprise, the guy who's the sales manager happens to be the same guy from the other one. The guy who was the manager there was the manager here," she says. This time, Cie says she didn't get a promised $100 gas card either.Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard received a similar call."The prospect of a $1400 round-trip ticket for no effort on your part? As soon as I see that all the alarm bells go off and I say what's the catch, because I know there is one," Goddard says.At their Scottsdale address, a Vacation Network manager defended the fee. He says it pays for taxes. He also says the incentive is handled by a different company. And he says the letters contain the words "certain restrictions apply" which means there could be costs involved.Cie and her husband received a letter from the gas card business. It says they didn't follow the rules, so the card is invalid. The couple says they did everything right.Bottom line, even if so****ing says "award", expect it will cost you one way or another.
Got the same letter. Respond by Nov 29th. Signed by Jennifer Pratt. No office address, just phone 480-374-5756.Shows web address of www.awardsredemption.comWhat a scam and what kind of rope attached to claim 2 rt ticket.

rcd a ltr 10-23-08 signed by a Jennifer Prat saying I have "2 free roundtrip tairline tickets anywhere in the continental uUS" It is on a letterhead letter "Stewart Collins". IT sounds too good to be true and most likely is...too many costly catches and hidden costs most likely.
Received the same letter from Jennifer Pratt with a PO Box in P***nix as the return address and the company letterhead from Stewart Collins. Seems like a new national scam has begun . . . Wonder how they determine who will receive a letter and from where they obtain our addresses?
