It was reporting tests from my doctor's office. It does take a while for them to come on the line after you answer, so just **** on. They are not spammers.
My doctor from the clinic I go to in Spokane, Wa uses this number for messages, appointment, lab result, etc. They are not spammers.
SOMEONE JUST CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER
This is one of the numbers that identifies a call from Medvoice. The company is located in Scottsdale, Az. with clients across the US. If you get a call from this number, it is a call either reminding you of an appointment, notifying you of test results, or letting you know to come in for a checkup. If you think you are getting this in error, just call them and they can remove the #.
Just got a call as well. It is not a scam, they called to remind me of my Dr's appointment tomorrow. I thought I too was getting the silent voicemail but i stayed on a few more seconds and a voice came on to tell me about my appointment. It asked me to press 1 to confirm my appointment but did not ask me for my SSN. It also provided the name of the facility as well as the address where I will be going, which was correct!
My dr in OK uses this company to call about appointments many drs use it.
They wont stop calling me. Get around 5 calls a day. I answer and hear silence.
Picked up messaage and no one was on the line.
from my dentist. not a scammer.
Hey,If you have recently had a test done at Planned Parenthood, this number is just the service calling back so that you can retrieve the test results. Some tests take several weeks, so the call may seem su****ious at first. Planned Parenthood should have given you a card telling you about the call, providing you with another number to call to retrieve the results. No big deal if this is indeed your situation.
I live in Wisconsin and this is a message system that alerts you of a message from your doctor's office or Planned Parenthood. If you have it set up through PP for them to not be able to say it is PP then I would imagine they wouldn't be able to leave a message. It is not a spam message or anything... it is actually very helpful!!
Just received three back to back calls from this number did not answer b/c do not know who is calling from this area code and DO NOT plan to call it back
Legitimate MediVoice number, nothing to be too concerned about. If you're receiving calls from this number, you've given your number to a doctor and they're trying to remind you of an appointment or some other information.
I accidentally entered my ss number, when I called back the number. Sould I be worried?
keeps calling have no reason --no dr. appointment, etcjust irrating
keeps calling and leaving no message. curiously called before and after another weird phone belonging to claridon holdin (786-539-2842) called me.
Found a website for MedVoice:They offer these options for sear****g their site. About The CompanyMedVoice ServicesTestimonialsEmploymentContact UsHIPAA ComplianceFree 30 Day TrialQuestion remains, who gave them my number? and why?
Bogus waste of time. No doctor I know uses a medvoice service other than an 800 number. How did they get my fon number and what do they get by calling me repeatedly? They never leave a message and I've read (from other reverse directory info sites) that by calling the number back as it appears on my phone number ID screen can result in a expensive charge on my phone bill. I will be reporting this abuse to my local phone company. I am even file it with the proper authorities...after I spend another 4 or 5 hours tracking that down as well. My advise...don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.
All it is is a MedVoice number and they send reminders, lab results, and appt. reminders. The pin that you use is your patient id #. If you don't know it unfortunately you have to contact your dr. first and then it was a waste of time. With my patient number I actually have to add 3 "0"s in the front to get it correct. Also, if you don't answer....they will call and call and call! If you haven't been to the dr. then obviously they have the wrong number. ANSWER and then listen to the call and get the number to call back. The reason I'm ****ed is because I had a "lump" biopsyed Mon and I want the dang results NOW and medvoice keeps telling me "I'm sorry, the message your trying to recieve is temporarily unavailable, please call in a couple minutes". WTH, it has been now over 2 hours and it still isn't available! I will DEFINATELY be calling my dr. A "lump" isn't so****ing you want to wait to be heard.
Just received a phone call from this number- automated system asking me to call another number to retrieve my message (480-675-5924)- wanted me to key in SSN or patient ID number. Would like more information on how to report this- as this is a cell phone number
I have gotten a total of 6 calls from this number on my voicemail over two or three days. They never say anything on my voicemail, just silence.
I finally located the company that is doing this robocalls, I call them and they were able to take care of the annoying problem by tracing it via my cell phone. The lady was apologetic and said she will solve the problem.Company is:Medical Voice7545 E Angus DrScottsdale, AZ 85251Tel 480-481-9292Yes, I got a real life person not a voice mail
Also, I live in IL and the call came from a doctors office in Scottsdale, AZ. Why would they be calling someone so far away??
called twice and left message in spanish. My voicemail is in english so they didn't even listen, just left message. NEVER GIVE YOUR SOCIAL # OUT TO ANYONE!!
Got three calls from this number, I called the number back to find it is 'MedVoice'. A service that calls for the doctors office to remind of appointments or calls with the number of how to reach a message from your doctor. In turn you'll receive a number to call on your voicemail and the PIN is probably your social.
