I have gotten the same messages from these same people, John Cartel and Paul Jackson. I am even on the National DO NOT CALL Registry but since putting my # on that list, I get more ****** calls like these. I have never EVER borrowed money on a Pay Day Loan or Cash Advance, don't know how they got my number or SS#......Will be talking to a very good friend of mine who is a retired FBI agent about this matter.

I can't believe there is nothing that can be done to stop getting these calls. This has been going on for years. Different numbers, same scam. I am really getting disgusted now. They have called my place of emplyment who thankfully have been very understanding. Today it was Paul Jackson, last time it was John Cartel. I have also filed a complaint with the FCC about one of the numbers but never heard anything. I wish there was so****ing that could really be done to stop this.

I have been subjected to what everyone else is describing.  This phone number is apparently located in Scottsdale, Az.  I did get a supposed phone number of the company I was alleged to have borrowed from, and it was called CashAdvanceAmerica, with a phone number of 971-240-6***,.  They do answer the phone, but are very rude and claim that I have to deal with the other guys (480-463-1613).The operator tells me that 971 isn't a U.S. area code, and in fact is listed as a "United Arabs" area code.

I too received a call from this man telling me he was from some legal dept. and owed money as well. He said he would block my s.s.# and my bank acct. would be blocked, then the sme person called saying the exact same thing but in my husbands name. My husband has been disabled since 2005 and cannot even get out of bed. He did add internet fraud as well.

I  continue to receive the calls on my cell phone and all day at my job.  They keep threatening lawsuits and jail time for a bill owed.  They call sometimes every 15 minutes for the an hour when I answer and tell them they have the wrong number.  Each time they use a different name.  They called my job this morning I told them wrong # they ***g up called right back in 2 minutes said this is not the wrong number.  I ***g up the phone

I keep getting a message from this guy saying I'm being sued from some company I have never heard of.

Just received a call from these idots at my work and on my cell.People what they do is get your information off the internet which of course they are known as scammers. I have contacted the FBI and my local law office and they say just ignore them all they want is your correct information,please!!!! do not give out anything such as your SS# or bank because then they can go in and do a ach withdraw and your not knowing this is fraudent will pay.they love draining older people's accounts that live on a fixed income. I have done some extremely research on these type of calls, so just **** up on them!!!! because when you s**** asking them questions the dumb a**es **** up.

This is an Indian man claiming to be "Paul Jackson" representing a legal office. I immediately cut him off demanding that any legitimate legal proceedings could be sent to my mailing address (which I did NOT provide) in writing for review by my attorney. I warned him that any further harassment would be reported to the FBI as a violation of the Consumer Protection Act. ...funny, I never heard from him a***n. To anyone who receives calls like this- report them and the number to your local FBI or affiliated agency! There is no debtors prison in the US, there never was, and there never will be. Know your rights!

they threatened to take me to jail and I am on the do not call list for my health.I am on disability and do not need the stress.

This number is****ociated with a well known fraudulent bill collector that makes illegal threats to collect on payday loans.They lie in their voicemails to get naive people to call them back and pay. Don't worry they won't be issuing any warrants and nothing is going to happen to your social security number. It's not a***nst the law to owe money.Just illegal tactics to collect on a debt.

I received a call also from Justin Johns, stating that I owed 300.00 to ao company I never heard of and that I would lose my job , my bank account would be frozen and that a wartrant has been issued for my arrest , he also threatened to bust me in my head,  I closedmy account had acc number c****ed and reported this to the police who advised me their was no crime committed and to contact the FCC. I have filed a complaint.

I have received 2 calls from a man stating my husbands name was being sued, his ss# would be blocked by the US government and bank account would be closed. the second message he stated he was sending the cops out to put my husband behind bars and he doesn't know what will happen if we don't return the call. he gave a different number for each call and there were 2 different numbers on the caller id each time. he says its the office of Justin Giles or Johns i couldn't really understand the last name because his accent was very thick. the number on the id the first time was 740-277-5701 and he said to call back 971-240-1613. the second time the caller id said 1000 and he said to call back 480-463-1613. I have no intentions on calling any of these number backs because the vm sounds ridiculous. i'm going to figure out how to report w***ver this is for harassment

Recieved a call from a man that left a VM message requesting that I call him back at 4804631613. Man  stated that he was an attorney for an investigation office. He stated I owed money to a company that I have never dealt with. Also stated that I would be behind bars if I do not pay them. I asked several times for proof of what he was telling me but he would just repeat the same thing... That I would be going to jail and asked me if I have ever been behind bars.
