This number calls and a recording comes on and says "please wait while a call is connecting"  then nothing happens the call goes dead.  This happens several times a day all different hours.  How do I get it to stop?

The people that call are very difficult to understand., and cannot tell me what I owe money for.They will never give you their  supervisor because they are supervisor.They refuse to send via snail mail a copy of what they claim I owe,

4880-707-4069 is GE money bank, have problem they say I'm late on my bill and I, not

calls my son's cell number and then immediately calls mine. the numbers are not even close to each other so I don't see it as a coincidence. these calls s****ed on Dec 10 at 3:45 pm central time.
