I have received calls from this company almost daily. The man on the other end is less than professional. His last statement to me when I advised him that this is a personal cell phone and that I had requested on several occasions that he stop calling me and asked for his supervisor was that A)he was the supervisor and B)he didn't have to stop calling. He stated that the number he is calling is to a business and he can call as often as he likes and that if I "didn't like it, too bad" and then laughed saying, "I run $h|+ dog, and filing a complaint won't stop me, so go ahead." When I asked for his name, he lied and said his name was Matt. I called back to see if I could reach a supervisor and instead reached his voice mail where I learned that his name is actually Chris Dollanger (not sure of spelling - phonetically was "doll-an-jer"). The phone line is through a company called Ring Central and has received ***dreds of complaints online for this mans abusive behavior. I filed a complaint with the FTC and called him back repeatedly for about an hour leaving messages informing him that I was digging up information about him and filing complaints until he finally answered my call a***n. He still seemed less than thrilled about having to apologize, but he did and told me that my number was removed from the system, which was all I was asking for to begin with and by LAW they are required to do regardless of whether or not you are a business or personal phone.
