It is someone for a windshield repair company they act like they have the wrong number then ask if you can help them out if your windshield needs reapiars

Got a call from this number last night on my cell phone (480-751-0679).  I didn't pick it up because I didn't recognize it.  No message left.  Within a couple of minutes they turned around and called my home number.  A***n I didn't answer it, and no message left.  When I tried to call it back it rang a couple of times, then had an automated recording stating that the number I was calling was not valid...message 33phx2.  What the heck does that mean, and why does this "person" have both my cell phone and home numbers?!?  This has me a little concerned.  Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Got a call from this (local) number twice this morning. I don't answer unknown calls to my cell phone, (because a local Lab keeps giving out my number by mistake.) They didn't leave any message.  So, I called them back from a land line and it rang for over a minute without being picked up by voicemail or a person.

Got a call today but didn't answer it.
